Kayleigh as always excellent. However I feel a receptionist would enhance the system, it would certainly stop being locked outside until Kayleigh is free. In the heat today beside a busy road this does not enhance the visit.

Such lovely staff at Orpington, Kayleigh is very helpful, explains everything, the treatment is working very well and I enjoy going there. Ive got other treatments in mind once this is over.
