Kayleigh was lovely, friendly and very helpful from the moment I attended Skinoza on Wednesday afternoon for my initial consultation and patch test prior to laser removal of my tattoo. She got me to fill out a digital consent form and did all of the background checks into the medications I currently take to make sure that there’d be no adverse reactions to the treatment. She took me into the consulting room, explained clearly the procedure that was going to be carried out and the after care that I’d need to do. She put me at ease almost straightaway. Kayleigh answered all of my questions that I had around laser removal and I left the salon feeling very happy that I’m on the road to getting my tattoo on my right arm removed successfully. I definitely look forward to my first proper session on Friday 21/4/23.
