Victoria did a beautiful job on my natural nails , she was kind, professional, and very talented. Unfortunately, due to poor scheduling, my appointment was moved 20 minutes later and still ended up being delayed by another 25 minutes. Victoria was clearly exhausted by the end of the day, yet she gave her best. Management should allow short breaks between clients , the staff deserves it, and it helps maintain the quality of service.
