Unhygienic and unpleasant experience. No disposable tissue paper was used on the bed, waxing was slow and clumsy, and I had to ask them back to repeat it as not everything was removed. The clinician also ignored it when I mentioned it’s too hot and just said it’s a sensitive area (this is not my first time) and yet kept applying the hot wax on the same area while it was still hot (instead of rotating locations ar least).

Really great, and my second time visiting the salon - definitely won’t be my last, as I came for my birthday on Friday 19th September and Simone made it a lovely calming experience.

I first noted the polish started peeling after under a week, but Skinoza kindly offered to fix it, which I really appreciated and it made up for the 25 minute delay at my original appointment. Unfortunately, about 10 days later, more nails have started showing the same issue. I suspect the polish brand may not be the best, as I’ve not had this problem before. A bit frustrating, as gels should last longer, but seems I was unlucky this time.
