After the manicurist applied gel it was uneven on one hand as the previous coating wasn’t properly removed. IManicurist was not able to see that it wasn’t any bad so fixing it wasn’t an option. She also cut in two places.
My nails have also been damaged as they are now softer and brittle. Instead of waiting for gel to be soaked of, manicurist was applying loads of pressure to remove the gel polish. was told by the receptionist that the refund will be processed but got no refund.

Beautiful place but the wax was quite long and uncomfortable. Maybe as it’s new?
