since last month, the quality of the mani/ pedi has dropped dramatically. My heels are dry, the polish was also dry and my nails were not dry when I left. I’m so disappointed! I don’t think I’ll go back.

I had an awful time here. Everything was 30 minutes late and rushed. An electric file used to quickly on my finger nail bed led to bleeding and antiseptic use. Then no water was used for the rushed pedicure and my toes were left covered in gel. My feet still had dry skin all over. To top it off I was the only client left in the salon whilst conflict occurred between the beauticians. The whole ambience was extremely hostile and left a very bad taste in my mouth.
