I’ve been a few times now and the manicures a decent quality, but the salon gives the vibe that it’s always trying to get one over on you. Eg offering you colours that would increase the cost of your treatment, ‘forgetting’ to put on a second layer of colour, constantly changing appointment times, not painting close to the cuticle so it grows out quicker and asking for further payment on completion (after prepaying on Treatwell). Be mindful given the price point is similar a premium boutique
