I've always had a great experience in this salon, but my appointment with Griselda was extremely disappointing. She seemed to be in a bad mood and was rude and abrupt throughout the entire procedure. When I politely asked for more of the tint to be washed off, she was very rough and dismissive. During threading, she was very agressive when I was not able to hold the thread for her (I simply could not see with my eyes closed because of colour applied on my eyebrows). Simply shocking!
