Unfortunately, the brow lamination was really poor. The brows aren’t laminated, the dye and tint job was quite frankly abysmal 🥹 my brow hairs aren’t straight, they’re not flat or laminated, my skin was scratched repeatedly by the beautician, and I have tried to reach out to get a 50% refund. I think it should be 100% as it’s such a poor job, however, I respect that an hour was still spent on my brows even if the technique and products was so poor that it didn’t work. Do not rec!
