The wax was described as hot, however it was a strip wax and it hurt a lot. It is still hurting an hour after and is skin is very red and sore. Also left feeling a bit sticky, so wax had not been thoroughly cleaned off. Most of the hair had been removed, but I overall was one of the worst waxes I've had.
