Apprehensive at first since i switched to another wax salon but Zara was really kind and thorough with the waxing process. She explains things in detail and does not make you feel rushed or embarrassed. Highly Recommend

It wasn't quite what I thought it was
I booked hoping it would be a full exfoliation and body wrap ie cocooned in moisturiser experience.
It was essentially dermaplaning on back and a lymphatic drainage body wrap that essentially inflates/deflates.
Probably my error along the way but they were both good
The back massage was amazing!
I'm a qualified massage therapist myself so I know exactly what is good and what isn't.
All highly professional and friendly.
Only downside- it was cold
