I was asked to soak my hands to remove my gel nails, but the liquid was uncomfortably hot. I did mention this to the staff member, and she advised me to take my hands out whenever it felt too hot, but it still wasn’t a pleasant experience.
Additionally, while using the e-file on my nails, she was on the phone and chatting, which made me feel like her attention wasn’t fully on the service. Overall, the service was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer care.
