I booked a Hydraglow facial but the treatment mainly involved very painful extractions, which I wasn’t expecting. Very little time was spent on cleansing and moisturising, leaving my skin barrier badly damaged. I’m still dealing with breakouts and hypersensitivity a month later. I had explained beforehand that my skin is very sensitive, yet the treatment wasn’t adjusted and no products were explained during the facial. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone with sensitive skin!
