Lovely clean and cared for environment, felt relaxing the moment I walked in. Reception staff got me some water and gave me a form to complete. Lauren was lovely. Really warm and caring and listened to me. Had a really great knowledge of products and ingredients and my skin felt great afterwards. Will definitely be coming back for more!
