The facial was not what I expected. I booked a facial with Simona but they changed me to a different facialist. She was very kind but seemed to have skipped steps that the facial included in the description. There was no extraction nor chemical peel. My skin didn’t get what it needed. She seemed to be more skilled in other areas but a cleansing facial was not one of them.
