It was a very invasive facial because I required lots of extraction but it’s the first time I’ve left where I haven’t purged and my face calmed down by the next day despite being in a mask all day and risking maskne. Simona knows what she’s doing and is so bespoke which is how facials should be. They’re not a one size fits all. Also I ended up getting the products she recommended because the clinic’s prices were so good.

Quite disappointed given all the good reviews of this place. The place looks nice and clean but the facial wasn’t good at all. The extraction was very short and skipped most of the face, the therapist scratched me twice across my forehead and cheek and the massage was more of a pulling my skin in all directions until it became painful....
