Simona was so lovely,I wasn't feeling too well before the appointment and she took care of me,told me not to worry about rushing(even though I was her last appointment and it was late!),she made sure I was okay before starting the treatment.Superb customer service and very considerate.It was my first deep cleanse facial so was definitely new to me& some parts bit intense,but Simona was so great at making sure I was okay throughout it all.My skin was glowing for days after and felt great.Thanks!
