WARNING. I had booked and pre-paid via Treatwell for a facial, but when I arrived, the salon was completely shut. I tried calling the mobile number listed and left several messages, but received no response. I’ve reported the issue to Treatwell. Be cautious— they still take your payment even when the salon isn’t open. Waiting for a resolution an a refund, but this is very concerning.

It became quite apparent that LailA had very little experience in waxing and I could sense her nervousness throughout, with her frequently apologising. Made for a very uncomfortable and painful experience. Should not be advertising under previous business name as it is very misleading
