I had the Biotec facial here and it was the nicest pampering experience I’ve had in London. The room was calming, luxurious and comfortable. The therapist was knowledgeable and attentive and the products used were top quality. My skin has been much less congested since I had the facial, inflammation and spottiness on my chin clearing. I lean a lot from the therapist too.
