First time customer and it was wonderful! Leia is very calm and soothing. I felt welcome and I asked a ton of questions but she was super sweet and answered them all! She didn’t make me feel silly and it wasn’t intimidating like some other beauty places especially the fancy ones in Mayfair and Harley street! Really amazing treatment I’m glowing.
