When I arrived for my treatment I was a few minutes late. I apologised but the manager said the therapist would have to move me to another room because I was late. They weren't very friendly so this made me feel bad. the therapist didn't show me to the room or even make eye contact or smile at me. Just said a simple Hi, very uninterested. She also kept leaving the room during my treatment and I felt as though she couldn't be bothered and just wanted to get the job finished.
The results were non existent. All I could see was a darker tint to my lashes. I had my brows dyed too and this was done well except that there was lots of dye left on my skin which looked very messy.
I returned to the salon an hour later to explain my upset. The therapist cleaned up my brows which made me think that should have been done in the 1st place. Another therapist then took a look and told me my natural lashes were flat which is why the treatment did not work!! They then both started having their own conversation about what to do with their waiting clients. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome.
The only reason I have given more than 1 star was because the manager gave me a full refund but I think she could clearly see this was a job poorly done. I was excited to have a bit of a pamper but it certainly didn't turn out this way. will not be returning and I do not recommend.
