A hairdresser is very welcoming and professional. She advises me what will be the best to cut my hair and I got good tips on how to look after my hair.

Kelly is a lovely person, very friendly and chatty. I would however liked it if had told me that she had no experience with my kind of hair. I explained what I wanted for my haircut and the result was quite disappointing. Quite shorter than I wanted, no shape whatsoever.. and to make matters worse the blow dry was done using warm temperature which made my hair all frizzy and big in volume. I just cant wait for it to grow back or to go to a different place for them to fix it. :'( .
