Very professional. Warm and welcoming, friendly. Clean room and fresh towels. Took care and time to do numerous waxes with diligence. No stray hairs left, a rarity!
didn't remove all the hair- usually a Hollywood wax means they move the hair on the whole area. however she left the entire middle untouched. I had a lot of bruising and blood for the next week as well. wont be going back ever.
