I was welcomed in a polite and friendly manner and I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. The clinic was clean and cosy, it had relaxing music playing which really helped me relax while having my hydra facial. The lovely lady explained each step to me before applying anything on my face. She also gave me tips on how I can improve or maintain my skin which I found very useful and helpful. Overall a great experience 😊 thank you
