I do not usually give poor reviews. I have had many Manzillion procedures. Zonia did not follow the usual processes involved in giving a manzillion. The wax scalded my skin and when I brought her attention to it, she said I must just be sensitive. Her technique for ripping wax from my pubic area was cumbersome and inefficient. When I expressed pain, disturbingly she would say "awwww" like a mother soothing her child. I am still red and I have remnants of hair left on me. Worst ever.
