The beautician ripped my skin off and at some points couldnt get the wax off. I was bleeding all over my shirt by the time I got home. She seemed really panicky and didn't know what she was doing. Awful first time experience.

I have been to Skin and tonic a couple of times for hot wax and i was happy with service and value..Now i decided to try something different and I bought a pamper package . I had 30' massage that it was not bad at all but the massage table didn't had a hole for the face and it was quite uncomfortable. The shellac manicure looked ok at the moment but not as good as other places and already its gone off in parts after 3 days. Overall i will continue going for the waxing i think.

I have had shellac nails done twice here, and both times the service was great and my nails look fab. Anita is friendly and chatty, and it takes no time at all. This is definitely one of the best value for service salons I have ever been too. Big fan!
Great experience as usual will never go else where! staff are very friendly and polite. The salon is decorated lovely!

When I arrived the staff told me that they had no one to do my treatment because they hadn't realised their staff was on annual leave. They did not apologise and acted like I had caused THEM inconvenience and just told me to get a refund from Wahanda because I had already paid upfront. It was eventually decided that I could wait and see if their next client would turn up and if not I could have their slot. In the end the massage itself was actually quite good but the rude and unhelpful staff detracted from the experience.
