I just had a lymphatic massage treatment which was just fantastic i am rebooking now for a deep tissue massage with maran, very happy customer
I been seen straight away really good with there time and the stuff Anne was brilliant she did a perfect job I was left with no hair and very soft skin will go there again.

I turned up having booked a luxury manicure - knowing I would need to have more time to remove 4 nails of shellac. There is no way of booking a removal and normal manicure online.
However, they wouldn't do it as I needed 4 nails removing - saying it would take at least half an hour....which all shellac loving ladies know, is just not true.
I was turned away - and no offer of refund.
I had to then spend time finding someone else that would remove shellac so I could paint myself. HOWEVER - the real complaint comes with the fact I have emailed and called and they are not helping with the £17 i have paid in full tio be refunded.
(I went last year and had the worst shellac ever - so I don't know why I booked in the first place!)
