The staff were really friendly and welcoming and the service was good. Good value for money too.
I didn't get a great first impression when I first entered. A therapist saw me and then allowed me to wait another minute to ask what I wanted. After that was escorted to a room to get ready for my wax . I had to wait another 5 or so minutes to hear the therapist talking outside . I heard one say " are you sure you want to do this " . That was very off putting for me to hear.
None the less I was waxed and I would say that the woman did an excellent job at waxing me , she made sure I was comfortable we had great rapport. She was very knowledgable about her craft and gave me great advice . There was some hair left. I don't think I would go back as there customer service is not good and hair is still left.
My treatment was done by a lovely lady who did her job pretty well. I have been however to better places but for this price I think from time to time is alright.
