She did a good job, but the wax was far too hot when she first applied it and I had to ask her a few times to let it cool down a bit. Other than that everything was fine.

Member of staff left the room several times during the service (during the massage itself!). Was given very little direction before, during and after the experience. Did not feel customer's
experience was top priority, although the individual who serviced was very nice. Possibly poor training?

Had a fabulous massage by Amy, she was young but very knowledgeable and bubbly. Felt really relaxed after the massage and even helped with my cold as she used ginger aromatherapy oils.
