The room where I had my wax was quite dark and the towel on the bed was old. The room didn’t look very well looked after / clean. There were glass tubes left on the floor. I had bruising on my bikini area after the wax which I’ve never experienced before.

The lady reduced the soak off fee for me which was nice as it was my first time. A coffee would have been great as it was a very cold day and it was cold in the salon!
