My gel manicure is a bit blobby and it really hurt when my cuticles were pushed back and trimmed. I don't think they were soaked for long enough.
The massage was lovely and firm however there was no consultation about oils used, aches etc, I was left waiting cold for 10 mins on the bed (no towel to cover myself with), the bed squeeked loudly with every movement and she left halfway through to drag a chair scrapily back into the room.
The eyelash extensions seem fine. Best treatment of the three but I don't think I'll return to this salon.
