They were late in half an hour. Massage was OK however room was freezing cold so couldn't really relax. Massage ended at the time scheduled not taking to consideration they were late so massage was only 40 min instead of an hour. Not a relaxing experience at all.

Great value and great service! I had a half leg wax and swedish massage which included a foot and head massage. Great value for money with their special offer. Sam was very attentive and made sure I was warm enough/comfortable throughout the treatments. My only gripe was I had to wait an extra 20 mins for my appointment as they were running late hence I have awarded overall 4 stars.
