After reading a few negative reviews but it be being too late to cancel my appointment I was a little bit nervous, however once I arrived I explained to my therapist it was my first wax and I was slightly nervous and she was amazing. She explained every step of the process to me and walked me through exactly what she was doing and why and what to expect afterwards. She was really friendly and professional and overall it was a great experience. Would definitely return!
