The manicure was done by a person who was in training, but this was not said in my booking. As a results, the manicure service lasted 1 hour, with a terrible look at the end. Particularly there were many layers of nail varnish that was very thick. As a result, it started to go away almost immediately. So, I had to come back in the afternoon, when a more expert person did again part of the manicure, although some nails were they were impossible to fix and I had not time to repeat again the whole service.
The staff was very kind, but it is just that the manicure did not value what I had payed. The training girl is jus not ready to do the manicure alone, the other person was very capable, but it was too late.
Moreover, they did not have a receptionist, so, in the afternoon, I had to wait outiside knocking at the door, but it was Sunday.

The waxing experience was a nightmare. I won't name the offender, but my beautician OPENED THE DOOR twice during waxing, as I lay on the bed NAKED from the waist down, in order to chat to staff outside. How is this appropriate or professional? It was lucky that no one was outside but I would have felt harassed if someone had seen me! Not only that, she also put her phone on speaker and attempted to make a call while waxing me! What can be so urgent that she would have to call during the process?! Why she couldn't she have told me and excused herself to make a call outside if it really was that important?! She tried to justify her behaviour by claiming they were short on staff - I'm sorry but being short on staff does not entitle you to risk exposing my body to strangers and threaten my privacy and modesty. Deeply unprofessional and a scarring experience, I will never go again and I advise you steer clear.
