First time at Skin & Tonic and will probably be the only time. Arrived, was greeted by the lady at reception and got asked to wait.sat down on their couch and the first thing I saw that the leather was totally broken and had missing pieces - normally I don’t bother that much but it was just another part of a bad experience. After filling out the form stating that this was my first lash perm I got into the room. Unfortunately from this point it went downhill. No explanation at all what was about to happen. Closed my eyes and from that point I was left in the dark (not just literally) for roughly an hour. Beautician gave me no explanation what was happening and left the room a couple of times with no indication when she would be back. Other people came in the room and grabbed stuff from the drawers. I felt really uncomfortable. And at the end the beautician didn’t even bother bring me out of the room. The perm is in for a week now but It seem like she didn’t separate the lashes as they group together very unnaturally - they surely were not like this the perm.

I am currently dealing with the worst ingrown hair situation of my life because my waxer had no patience and decided to rip ALL the hair on my entire labia off at once. Will not be going back for this treatment.

My underarm was a little burnt, and I wish they would stick to hot wax in the areas specified, but otherwise a good wax overall. Therapist happily revisited any spots missed, don't be shy.
