I have been using Skin & Tonic for over 5years. Never have had a problem here, always very friendly and welcoming staff. My usual beautician left a few months ago and I have been seeing Sam ever since. Would recommend to all.

The worst experience ever since I have been going to this salon. The staff who did my waxing had bad flu and couldn't even focus properly and the technique was so bad. I suggest training the staff more effectively. Not sure if I'll ever visit again - the quality has deteriorated.
