Arrived just before 10am, my first time at this venue. The venue was shut, I waited until 10:15am having rung the venue 3 or 4 times as my appointment was at 10am, then decided it was a waste of time and left. Not a pleasant experience and I won’t be booking again! I couldn’t give zero stars, but if I could that would be my rating.
