I have never had a bad experience at this salon before but this time I was left speechless. The quality of the wax was horrible. Every time the staff pulled a strip, I screamed in pain. It was so sticky and bad for my sensitive skin. I guess for a regular customer as myself, the salon should invest in the products instead of buying cheap quality products.
I have been promised that by next time, the wax would have been replaced. Keeping my fingers crossed
