The therapist was very warm and polite and her skills at massage were fantastic. The only problem I found was that she never asked me if I was ok with the pressure. I know it sounds silly but there are certain areas that are more tender than others and I felt embarrassed to ask her to do her job differently, so a little confirmation of whether the pressure was ok or not would have been more comfortable.
