the lady was nice but not experienced. the wax was very painful. it's not the first time I have a Brazilian wax and I can recognise some that knows how to do it. she kept waxing in the same points because she wasn't able to strip correctly. Plus at end I still had hairs and I had to indicate where they where. I have been in this place 3 times always bad experience. I only went because it's cheap but I can't see why. I will definitely stop going. I am sorry but I am just being honest.
