Even though there was only staff working during my visit she still handled things well. She took her time waxing brows even though there was another customer waiting she didnt rush me and I felt relaxed. I was apprehensive of the negative reviews but I am happy I trused them to do my eyebrows. Will deffo come back again and maybe try out different trearments
