This waxing service was shockingly below professional standard. Therapist had not warmed the wax in advance and started smearing lukewarm wax all over me and then pressed down the strips and removing the hair ALL IN ONE GO FROM MY ENTIRE ARMS. Yes, all in one go with no pauses in between. To say this was painful was an understatement. I have bruising on my inner arms as my skin was pulled way too hard. This place deserves zero stars. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.
