Unprofessional, and therapists are definitely not qualified/trained nor experienced nail technicians. As a result my pedicure was the worst I've ever had. You never want to see a pedurist with trembling hands! Definition of a luxury treatment here is removal of hard skin! Venue is at least 15min walk from the nearest tube. Will not be back even for a free treatment!

Generally good place to go, the girl that did my nails was very careful. However, I felt like it took so long to get my manicure and pedicure. Also, my nail polish started chipping off after 2 days.
