Unprofessional, and therapists are definitely not qualified/trained nor experienced nail technicians. As a result my pedicure was the worst I've ever had. You never want to see a pedurist with trembling hands! Definition of a luxury treatment here is removal of hard skin! Venue is at least 15min walk from the nearest tube. Will not be back even for a free treatment!
