The staff was absolutely lovely but it doesn’t make up for the fact my cuticles were cut so badly they have been bleeding off and on for a few days now. It was definitely not good value for money.

Felt quite rushed and despite being a deep cleansing facial,there was no actual extractions just scrubbing so I left with all comedones still blocked,so quite disappointed
