Had a steam and extract with Nicole, she was very nice however the service was terrible doesn’t even deserve one star. The headband used to keep my hair back was extremely dirty and had remnants of foundation on from a previous client. Less than 5 mins was spent on the actual extraction and when I came home I realised that most of the blackheads I had before the treatment were still there. She didn’t even attempt the black heads on my cheek area.
