I had a very unpleasant experience with Nicole last time. She was late for 15 minutes without apologising to me at the beginning, and seemed to complain that I did not use the bathroom when I was waiting for her. When she was doing me a facial deep cleanse, my face hurt during the whole time and 12 hours later, my face is still red because of her unprofessional service. She frequently went out and left me alone in the room when the steam machine was working or I was covering a mask, chitchatting loudly outside. Nicole has not only been rude or unfriendly to me, she also tinted my eyebrows in a very bad looking way so it turns out I look weirdly horrible.
As a regular of Skin & Tonic, it was the worst time for me to “treat myself”. I admit that it was my fault to miss the appointment last time and appreciate that the receptionist immediately rescheduled for me. However, it is never the excuse for Nicole to verbally judge and physically abuse my face, it is not tolerant and I feel very disappointed and shocked that such an impolite and unprofessional person is qualified to work at Skin & Tonic. It is also unacceptable that when she sneezed, she used nothing to cover it, without washing her hands or wearing me a headband before doing me the facial cleanse.
