Thankful to find a decent wax salon in the midst of East London. Maryann is meticulous and quick!! I’ve never had a such a perfect transformation in so little time. She really is skilled and such a wonderful lady too! Note; whenever I’ve been, there isn’t an extra staff member to answer phones during treatments so don’t be annoyed if you can’t get through!

I love the staff at Skin & Tonic, always friendly and remember you too, which gives a lovely neighbourhood feel. I enjoy the chats during treatment, which makes a wax a lot quicker and more pain-free. Sometimes there has been some confusion over time booked for session and waiting whilst a member of staff comes back from a break to unlock the space, but I understand that this is because there is often only one member of staff working on a quiet day. I always recommend the salon to my friends in Bow, because it feels so personalised and convenient each time.
