Unfortunately the most painful wax I have had, as the therapist did seem to struggle with picking up the wax and wax temperature. Also used strip wax over hot wax resulting in bruising and torn skin. Suffering with terrible ingrowns as a result of the hair being pulled in different directions. Worth noting therapist was very kind and professional despite the result not being what I’d hoped for.
