Can only pay cash which I think needs to be changed as it's inconvenient. Fairly average experience, no real attempt to create a customer experience from staff members but depends what you're looking for from a salon!

It was really good, the staff were really good at explaining to me so I didn’t get an extraction the day of a party...
only thing I would say is it’s missing the extra touches - usually expect some simple head and shoulder massage with a facial but maybe that’s reflected by the price to be fair - a lot cheaper than other places. And my face did look extremely fresh and skin been good for a few days. Nicole was also very nice. It’s defo not fancy... and the music they played to relax was a bit annoying. But I would go back I think! This time for full extraction.
